These pictures were taken while I was in San Francisco, Yosemite, and Red Rock Canyon Las Vegas in 2010. It was a great adventure to visit these beautiful places and I was also at my most physically fit. I struggle with over eating- it is by far my favorite sin- and while I love to study health and fitness, it is a daily struggle for me to remain in control of my eating habits. I hope that the information that I share with you on this blog will be helpful and informative and that we can encourage each other to aim for the best health that God has enabled us to achieve.
